The Private Debt Operations Specialist will support the Private Debt Operations Team by coordinating trade settlements, wire transfers, fundings, cash and leverage tracking, trustee and custodian communications, compliance issues, reporting, and operational controls. The role requires a finance, accounting, economics, business management, or related degree, 5–8 years of professional experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities. It is a hybrid position in Boston, Massachusetts, with a base salary of $72,000–$130,000 and eligibility for discretionary incentive compensation.
