Description
Tether is hiring an Operations Associate/Senior Associate to support the day-to-day operations of a multi-asset investment and treasury platform. The role covers trade confirmations, settlements, wallet and custodian processes, securities and cash reconciliations, trade-break resolution, operational controls, audit support, reporting, workflow automation, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The position requires strong technical ability, analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in fast-paced financial markets; a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and 5+ years of operations experience are preferred, while digital-asset or blockchain experience is good to have but not mandatory. The role requires working between 14:00 and 10:00 UK time.
