AIM is hiring an Operations Associate – Trade Analyst to support the operational and service needs of its manager-traded UMA platform. The role coordinates with third-party managers, resolves trade errors, reconciliation breaks, settlement issues, and operational exceptions; monitors and reconciles trade activity; supports reporting and technology requests; and identifies process improvements involving automation, AI, and technology. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with trading or reconciliation workflows; it offers $65,000 annually with a 30% bonus and is a hybrid role at the Lisle location.
