Chariot is hiring a BizOps professional to act as a force multiplier for the founders by translating company goals into plans, execution, and measurable outcomes. The role runs company cadence, pushes cross-functional initiatives, builds scalable operating systems, and owns talent strategy, onboarding processes, internal tooling, and other quarterly priorities. The position requires strong people skills, persuasion, systems thinking, organization, and the ability to work with executive leadership. It is based in the New York City office, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and work-from-home on Fridays.
