Rohlik is hiring an Operations Capacity Coordinator for its newly established warehouse in Opatovice near Hradec Králové. The role owns shift and workforce capacity planning, monitors demand and staffing needs, coordinates workers, oversees attendance and compliance, manages operational contracts and administrative data, and supports performance reporting and workforce forecasting. Candidates should have operational or logistics experience, advanced Excel skills, strong communication, and Czech fluency; Russian or Ukrainian is an advantage.
