Description
The Operations Center Controller monitors real-time train operations, dispatch communications, and GPS tracking; coordinates service disruptions and emergency responses; maintains incident records; updates guest and team information systems; prepares service-impact reports; and collaborates with dispatchers, field managers, senior leaders, and other departments. The role requires night, weekend, and holiday work, 12-hour shifts, Microsoft Office proficiency, technical-documentation interpretation, and two years of dispatching or operations-control-center experience.
