Description
Entegris is hiring an Operations Co-Op for its Hillsboro, Oregon manufacturing site to support CMP Polishing Pads production and continuous-improvement initiatives. The six-month assignment runs from January through June and involves monitoring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost metrics; partnering with production teams on process improvements; conducting root-cause investigations; supporting workforce engagement and training; developing operational dashboards; and presenting findings to site leadership. The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and requires a currently enrolled student, availability for 40 hours per week, and a relevant bachelor's degree with graduation between December 2027 and June 2030. Compensation is $20-$30 per hour, and Entegris does not provide immigration sponsorship.
