Description
Higley Construction is hiring an Operations Co-Op to gain office and field experience in commercial construction during the summer of 2027. The student will work under corporate managers, project managers, or field superintendents on construction projects or in a construction department in Warren, New Jersey, supporting project documentation, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, daily reports, safety and quality activities, and site observations. The role requires enrollment in a civil engineering, construction management, or related architectural or engineering program, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams. The position involves travel to job sites, physical work, and use of construction software.
