Chartwell is hiring an Operations Consultant to embed at client manufacturing sites Monday through Thursday, working with client teams on shop-floor problems and process improvements. The role includes tailored development coaching, travel to manufacturing sites worldwide, and two Fridays per month in a local Chartwell office or remotely. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills, leadership and communication abilities, and the right to work in the UK and travel freely throughout the EU for business purposes.
