Description
Crowe is hiring an Operations Consulting Manager for its Performance Improvement department in the Advisory practice. The role focuses on helping clients improve profitability through operational, financial, and process analysis, strategy development, process reengineering, modeling using Lean/Six Sigma, and continuous improvement. The manager will conduct operational and shop-floor observations, build internal controls and metrics dashboards, lead improvement initiatives, train and mentor project champions, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. The position is hybrid, requires travel from Sunday evening to Thursday evening each week, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience, and strong leadership, communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably PowerBI skills.
