Description
The role is a full-time operational monitoring and control position in Mexico focused on supervising critical processes, detecting incidents through data analysis, validating operational SLAs, defining KPIs, building queries and dashboards, mapping and improving processes, supporting automation and risk reduction, and overseeing testing, incidents, and deployments. The position requires a bachelor's degree or engineering background, 4–5 years of experience in process improvement and operational assurance, basic English, and skills including process mapping, Agile methodologies, quality management, internal ERP, reporting tools, and SQL.
