Great Bear (part of the Culina Group) is hiring a full-time permanent Operations Controller for its Lutterworth site. The role manages inbound and outbound warehouse schedules, coordinates staff and drivers, controls vehicle paperwork, communicates with shift managers and transport providers, and produces shift handovers. The position pays £29,725 per annum and follows a 4-on-4-off schedule from 6pm to 6am. Candidates need prior experience in a similar fast-paced role, scheduling and resource-management ability, PC literacy, knowledge of on-site systems, Autostore and RF kit experience, strong communication, and excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
