Description
The Operations Controller provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for operations finance and project controls, leading the finance and project controls teams and partnering with operations, project management, and senior leadership. The role owns project financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, profitability, cost-to-complete projections, financial modeling, ROI analysis, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree, professional certification, and at least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, project controls, or operational finance leadership, with manufacturing, industrial, or project-based experience.
