The Business Analyst will partner with delivery teams, analyze operational parameters, prepare reports, assess profitability-influencing parameters, improve operations KPIs through governance, and support organizational initiatives. The role requires 8 to 10 years of business analytics experience, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of delivery operations, experience with large data volumes, advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI dashboard creation, and presentation skills.
