Description
Great Bear is hiring a full-time Operations Controller in Deeside to support the day-to-day running of a warehouse and manage inbound receipts and outbound loads. The role coordinates outbound schedules, issues instructions to staff, controls vehicle paperwork, handles driver communications, resolves operational issues, maintains shift handovers, and coordinates with transport providers. Candidates need prior experience in a similar fast-paced role, scheduling and resource-management skills, PC literacy, knowledge of on-site systems, Autostore and RF kit experience, and strong communication and time-management abilities. The position pays £27,555 per annum plus a £2,000 shift allowance and follows a 4-on-4-off schedule from 7am to 7pm.
