Ecolab is hiring an Operations Controller Manufacturing to lead the financial administration and site finance team at its plant in Victoria, Brasov County, Romania. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Finance Director – Life Sciences, the role manages plant budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, financial controls, KPIs, and compliance with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, at least five years of finance experience in a multinational company including plant finance, fluent English, strong Excel and ERP skills, and willingness to travel 5–10%.
