The University of Hawai'i at Manoa is hiring a full-time, 11-month temporary Operations Coordinator for its School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology. The role begins approximately November 2026 and supports research development activities, including proposal tracking, complex proposal coordination, cross-unit communication, workflow and documentation improvements, internal reviews, convening, and reporting. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and three years of progressively responsible professional experience in program coordination, project management, research development, research administration, innovation, partnership support, or a related field, plus experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
