Intelcom | Dragonfly is hiring a warehouse and customer-service associate to support last-mile logistics operations. The role involves unloading trailers, verifying freight, scanning and sorting packages, conducting van audits, supporting shipping and inventory processes, handling returns and customer pickups, resolving delivery issues, maintaining records, and assisting customers by phone and email. The position also includes training new employees, collaborating with Operations, and following health and safety protocols.
