Amazon Logistics is hiring a full-time, permanent, on-site Operations Coordinator to lead and support a delivery station in the Santos/SP region. The role supervises associates, manages KPIs, ensures safe and quality order fulfillment, monitors route progress, leads training and meetings, supports new systems, and coordinates operational improvements. Candidates need experience in customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments, Microsoft Office, and Excel; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
