Description
Air Apps is hiring an Operations Coordinator to coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks, manage Jira-based task tracking, maintain documentation and workflows, prepare reports and presentations, and proactively resolve blockers across cross-functional teams. The role reports directly to the CEO and is fully onsite in Lisbon, with relocation support available. Candidates should have around 2–4 years of operations, coordination, or administrative support experience and expert Jira proficiency.
