The role covers claims treatment, provider-network management, fraud checks, invoicing, teleconsultation partnerships, SLA monitoring, quality controls, risk identification, and continuous process improvement, including automation and external communication. Candidates should have process, support, customer-facing commercial, or event-coordination experience, strong analytics and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; insurance or healthcare experience is preferred.
