avfleet.ai is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage live shifts for its electric rideshare and last-mile delivery fleet in San Francisco. The role runs pre-shift huddles, coaches drivers, relays supervisor directions and driver concerns, resolves trip and vehicle issues, maintains shift records, prepares vehicles, and monitors live maps and dashboards. It requires at least one year of dispatch, coordination, team lead, or customer-facing experience, availability for full-time evening and/or overnight shifts including weekends, a valid California driver’s license, and the ability to occasionally drive a company vehicle. Compensation is $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and California paid sick leave.
