Bapcor is hiring an Operations Coordinator in Mount Waverley to support the JAS store network. Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the role coordinates enquiries, follow-ups, shared inboxes, fleet administration, payroll validation, network development projects, health, safety and wellbeing activities, property repairs and maintenance, internal communications, and operational improvement initiatives. The position requires prior administration, coordination or operations-support experience, strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills, organisational ability, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, and a collaborative approach.
