Cargomatic is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily terminal and delivery operations in Bloomington, CA. This full-time day shift position involves coordinating with drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth dock launches, timely pickups and deliveries, and excellent customer and driver support. The role also includes managing KPIs, tracking shipments, building jobs manually, and providing ad-hoc coverage as needed. Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. Preferred qualifications include prior dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience, and bilingualism in Spanish.
