Convelio is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage artwork shipments end to end, from customer requests and quotes through booking, monitoring, delivery, customs documentation, and issue resolution. The role coordinates freight and delivery partners, maintains customer relationships, supports operational improvements, and collaborates with the technology team. Candidates need at least two years of freight forwarding experience, strong organization and communication skills, comfort with numbers, and fluency in English.
