Description
The Operations Coordinator coordinates operational activities, assigns and follows up on tasks, supports housekeeping and equipment use, tracks inventory, responds to client and staff feedback, maintains operational documentation, assists with special projects, and serves as a liaison among clients, staff, departments, and management. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, strong organizational and communication skills, software competence, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively; bi-lingual ability in English and Spanish or Creole is preferred. The position involves lifting 30–50 pounds and moving frequently during shifts, with a stated PT Sat & Sun 5pm–1:30am schedule.
