Description
The Operations Coordinator supports Herschel Supply’s third-party logistics network by monitoring warehouse production, tracking service-level agreements, processing inbound receipts and inventory movements, reconciling ERP and WMS balances, resolving order exceptions, coordinating replenishment and returns, and improving operational efficiency. The role reports to the Distribution Manager and collaborates with Sales, E-Commerce, Product, Marketing, Retail, and Finance teams. It requires 1–2 years of operations, supply chain, inventory control, or logistics coordination experience, along with Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The annual salary is $50,000–$58,000 CAD, with health benefits and other perks.
