Honor is hiring a remote Operations Coordinator to manage real-time caregiver staffing, same-day scheduling changes, urgent client and family communication, task execution, issue resolution, documentation, and escalations. The role requires at least three years of customer service or operations experience in healthcare, staffing, or call center environments, along with scheduling, dispatch, triage, CRM or EMR, and communication skills. Two full-time schedule options are available, with two weeks of full-time training required.
