Description
The Operations Coordinator supports the Operations Manager by coordinating trucks and drivers, planning moves and next-day starts, resolving pickup, seal, DOT, customer, and dispatch issues, tracking rail billing, managing empty returns and equipment, reviewing inventory and payroll, and training drivers on tablet and mobile applications. The role also communicates delays and operational issues to customers and other teams, supports DOT compliance and driver retention, and works with confidential driver-pay and dispatch information.
