Description
The Personnel Logistics Coordinator supports the Operations Manager by coordinating personnel allocation, travel, immigration, training, certification, competency, deployment documentation, and readiness for offshore Subsea Robotics and OPG activities. The role also monitors systems maintenance, inventory, audits, non-conformance closure, and operational excellence initiatives, while conducting periodic site visits. It is a U.S.-based hybrid position requiring occasional travel, on-call rotation, and after-hours or weekend support.
