Description
The Operations Coordinator supports the Empire Men’s Shelter by supervising Residential Aides and Senior Residential Aides across the 4pm–12am and 12am–8am shifts, assisting with facility operations, providing crisis intervention and first aid, maintaining client records, training staff, orienting new arrivals, and participating in case conferences. The role requires an associate degree, high school diploma or GED, or bachelor’s degree, along with fire safety certification and experience working with people diagnosed with mental illness or having addiction or substance use issues.
