Rinse is hiring a New York Operations Associate to execute delivery and cleaning operations as the company scales in New York. The role prepares customer orders for delivery, performs quality and inventory checks, troubleshoots delivery issues, supports Valets, handles customer-service requests, reports operational challenges, and occasionally drives delivery routes. The typical shift is 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, with initial compensation of $20 per hour for the first 30 days and $22 per hour thereafter, plus equity and benefits for full-time employees.
