MAGUSA is hiring a full-time Operations Coordinator in Miami, Florida to support domestic and international transportation projects for entertainment, sports, film, and live-event logistics. The role coordinates shipments from booking through delivery, researches routes, generates quotes, prepares transportation and export documents, tracks shipments, and maintains customer and vendor relationships. Experience is preferred but not required, and the position requires flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, on-call coverage, or project travel.
