Description
USPack is hiring an entry-level Delivery Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate delivery routes, monitor customer and independent contractor performance, create and adjust routes, communicate delays, support STAT coverage, and complete service and administrative reports. The role requires basic Microsoft Office experience, a valid driver’s license and functional vehicle, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and a college degree or high school diploma with equivalent education and experience; a Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred. The position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime, weekends, and holidays available, and pays $19.00–$20.00 per hour.
