Description
Reboot Monkey is hiring an Operations Coordinator for its Asia-Pacific coverage region, responsible for receiving and triaging Smart Hands, Remote Hands, and emergency service requests; dispatching field technicians; tracking SLAs; communicating with clients; coordinating with facility operators; submitting shift handover reports; escalating P1 incidents; identifying commercial opportunities; and improving operational processes. The role requires at least two years of datacenter, MSP, NOC, or technical operations experience, knowledge of datacenter hardware and networking fundamentals, helpdesk ticketing experience, fluent English, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets under pressure.
