Description
Reboot Monkey is hiring a freelance Datacenter Operations Manager to take over datacenter operations from the CEO. The role owns triage and dispatch of Smart Hands and Remote Hands tickets, SLA tracking, client status updates, Freshdesk maintenance, coordination with 24 facility operators, shift handovers, and P1 incident escalation. It requires at least two years of datacenter, MSP, or NOC experience, helpdesk operations experience, fluent English, and availability during UTC+5 to UTC+8 business hours. The arrangement is full-time at 40 hours per week, with a monthly retainer of EUR 1,000–1,200.
