HIVED is hiring an on-site Operations Coordinator to manage an assigned driver team, support driver scheduling and on-the-road queries, ensure compliance, monitor KPIs, and build positive relationships with drivers and stakeholders. The role reports to the Operations Manager, follows a four-days-on-three-days-off pattern with one weekend day, and requires 1–3 years of related logistics or last-mile experience, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a valid UK driving license.
