Tiffany & Co. is hiring an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store. The role coordinates order fulfillment, inventory, shipping, receiving, replenishment, merchandise transfers, repairs, cleaning, and client-service activities; supports sales and store performance; and acts as a key holder and manager on duty when a manager is unavailable. The position requires 2–3 years of retail operations experience, analytical and Microsoft Office skills, flexibility for retail store hours, and U.S. or local work authorization. A college degree or Gemological Institute of America coursework is preferred. The hiring range is $24.65 to $33.35.
