Description
Expedock is hiring a mid-level Operations Coordinator to manage international freight shipments, primarily ocean freight, from intake and booking through departure, transit monitoring, documentation, system updates, costing, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires prior freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation operations experience, ocean freight experience, and familiarity with booking, shipping documentation, cutoffs, and shipment tracking; CargoWise, TMS, or other freight management systems are preferred. The position is remote, with HMO coverage and leave credits available after three months of engagement.
