Description
The Operations Coordinator Nurse supervises daily operations of a medical practice, including clinical and administrative staff, provider and staff scheduling, cash collection, supplies, data accuracy, service recovery, and staff development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, at least three years of medical or related business experience, registered professional nurse licensure, CPR certification, and knowledge of insurance plans, patient flow, medical software, and cash reconciliation.
