Northwestern Medicine is hiring a full-time, salaried Operations Coordinator Physician Practice Medical Assistant for its Multispecialty (Urology, GI, General Surgery, OB) practice at the Glenview clinic. The role supervises front-line clinical and clerical staff, manages office operations, provider and staff scheduling, cash collection, supplies, data accuracy, service recovery, and routine technical needs, while supporting performance reviews, policy development, and staff coaching. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, current CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA certification, BLS/CPR certification, at least three years of medical or related business experience, and experience managing daily cash activity; clinical, coding, supervisory, and medical software experience are preferred.
