Inter is hiring a Global Treasury & Credit Operations Manager to lead and develop the operations team for its international division. The role oversees accounting, control, reconciliation, and financial transaction routines; optimizes scalable and secure processes; leads automation, artificial intelligence, and operational transformation initiatives; monitors performance metrics; and partners with commercial, product, operations, accounting, and technology teams to support global expansion. Candidates need team leadership experience in operations, finance, treasury, banking operations, or back office; process improvement and automation experience; an undergraduate degree in a relevant field; intermediate or advanced Excel; analytical ability; and intermediate or advanced English.
