Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring a hybrid Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst Lead to lead complex operational change initiatives across Fund Accounting and Middle Office businesses. The role combines project and program leadership, strategic analysis, planning, risk management, stakeholder and client partnership, team management, and process improvement. Candidates need 6–10 years of relevant experience, client-facing project experience, investment fund or investor services knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. The position offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary range of 241,750.00 to 411,650.00 Polish zloty.
