Description
The Operation Development Associate participates in a two-year rotational development program covering first-line supervision, manufacturing engineering, lean and continuous improvement, quality and test engineering, and planning. Each four-month rotation includes a functional project, and the role reports to the Operations Manager while being directed by functional champions. The position requires a technically focused bachelor's degree, strong Microsoft Office skills, independent and collaborative work, project management, communication, and the ability to work off-shift; it is intended for a post-college, early-career candidate.
