Description
Vermeer is hiring for its Operations Development Program, a two-year rotational training experience for early-career talent. Participants rotate through three eight-month assignments in Production Area Management, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Procurement, with the goal of developing leadership and functional skills and transitioning into an operations role after completion. The program requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Engineering, manufacturing experience, problem-solving and lean manufacturing skills, strong communication, and a commitment to operations; bilingual Spanish fluency is preferred. The work is primarily onsite at a Vermeer campus.
