Description
Hydrite is hiring for its Operations Development Program, beginning with a first-rotation Shift Supervisor assignment in a manufacturing plant. The role runs Friday through Sunday with alternating Thursdays from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., reports to the Manufacturing Manager, and owns safety, team accountability, production execution, coaching, and manufacturing-process learning. Participants may also contribute to engineering and continuous improvement projects and take a second assignment in process engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, or EHS. The program lasts two to three years across two to three rotations and concludes with a permanent operations placement. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, supply chain, or general business is preferred, along with prior leadership experience, willingness to relocate, and 10–25% travel.
