Chromalloy is hiring an Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operations of TSL's Glasgow facility, overseeing workshop, warehousing, field service, turbine and hot-section overhaul production, safety, quality, delivery, cost performance, workforce management, continuous improvement, and operational reporting. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related technical field, plus 10 years of operations or production management experience in gas turbine, aerospace, energy, or heavy industrial MRO environments.
