Description
Hover is hiring an Operations Director to build and own operational workflows, quality systems, SLAs, dashboards, escalation paths, SOPs, and process improvements for a new enterprise product. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and international BPO partners; manages operational budgets and forecasts; and drives cross-functional initiatives from ideation through implementation. It requires 8–12 years of relevant operational experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with tools such as Tableau, LookML, Snowflake, SQL, or equivalent analytical tools. The position is hybrid, with offices in San Francisco and New York City, and offers a US base salary of $206,000–$254,000 annually plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
