Description
The Operations Director – North America leads and improves operational performance across United States and Mexico manufacturing locations, providing regional oversight to Plant Managers and supporting safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement. Based at the North America headquarters in Troy, Michigan, the role requires frequent travel to manufacturing facilities and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer – North America. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, current or prior Plant Manager experience, at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience, and at least 5 years leading plant-level operations.
