Description
Itineris is hiring a permanent Operations Director to lead end-to-end delivery of software solutions and services for energy and water utility customers. The role owns project performance, P&L and forecasting, customer and C-level relationships, resource and people management, delivery governance, contracts, SLAs, risks, and continuous improvement. It requires a master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of IT consulting or software delivery experience, leadership of organizations with 30+ people, and expertise in ERP implementations, SaaS delivery, data security, compliance, and complex integrations.
